What if our fiscal year is non-calendar?

Calendar periods are supported today. For a non-calendar fiscal year, use a lifetime cumulative cap instead, or manage an annual cap manually. Non-calendar fiscal years aren't supported yet — let us know if you'd benefit.

Can we set different cap periods for different teams?

Yes. Each team has its own period independent of other teams. Marketing on quarterly, HR on monthly, Sales on annual — all in the same account.

What happens when the quarter ends mid-conversation with a held order?

Counters reset and held orders re-evaluate against the new period automatically. Any orders that now fit clear and proceed to allocation.
